

Home to Sutton Farm Maze

- Sutton Farm Maze: was formerly known
as the Sutton Hoo Maize Maze and is now into its fifth year. Each year a
different design is cut into the Maize crop to give our visitors a new
challenge. With favourable weather the maize can grow to a height of 2m.
- Panning for Gold: Try your hand at
prospecting like they did in the Wild West! You now have the chance to experience the thrill
and excitement of finding your own gold, right here in Suffolk!
- Beat the Flames: See how you fair in
putting out the fire at our log cabin, always wanted to be a Fireman - Now's
your chance.
- Pedal Tractors: Are free for children
to use, and are safely located in an area of the site away from all
traffic.
- Bouncy Castle: Another free
attraction for our young visitors.
- Courtyard Games: Not only available
to buy in our shop, but also to try out.
- Food and Drink: Sandwiches and cakes available on site. We have an outdoor seating area and also a
covered area for those not wanting to brave the Suffolk weather!
- Shop: Offering drinks,
ice-creams, gifts and local Suffolk Produce.
- Country Walks: You can stroll from the car park to the Sutton Hoo burial
mounds, see fantastic views across the river Deben to Melton and Woodbridge
and visit the reservoirs and river edge to discover the wildlife. All we ask
is that you keep to the paths and off the crops! Maps are available on site.
- Stunning Setting: The whole of Sutton
Farm sits in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that lies along the
Suffolk Coast and up the River Deben.
- Bug Walks: Take a ride on our Safari
Truck with Ranger Graham and get dropped off to hunt for bugs around the
farm. You'll also get a chance to take in some of the other wildlife on the
farms and the great views of the river Deben. See our Bug Walking

- Activities with Ranger Graham:
Following the success of his Bug Hunts last year, Ranger Graham has come up

- Charity Night 22nd August: Last
year's Charity night was a huge hit, not only did we raise almost enough to
send a container of aid to orphans in Uganda but we had lots of fun doing
